I never spoke to you ever. But I can really relate to what you said. My parents are kinda like this too. They expect me to a genius when I dont even have a job yet. And they choose which people I get around with. They're always using hurt insults to me and my siblings like "Fat bitch" or "stupid ass". Stuff along those lines. I really dont believe them when they say shit like I will always love you or I would die for you, cuz I know that shit aint true. Have you tried talkin to them?

I tried, but not always works. Sometimes they just get rlly mad, sometimes they understand and say sorry, idk, they change alot their mood
But, if i want to say an opinion about something like very political just to see what my parent think about, they tell me to shut up because i dont have to talk about those topics. Once i asked what communism was to see if i understood the topic, and instead of explaining they got mad, asked me where did i heard that, and didnt allowed me to watch Eddsworld for a while bc of that, and well.
